The Basics
Do I need to use Kit to use Fetchbase?
Yes. Fetchbase is built specifically for Kit (formerly ConvertKit) users on the Creator or Creator Pro plans.
Does Fetchbase work with any other email marketing platforms?
No, Fetchbase currently supports Kit (formerly ConvertKit) users only. But we hope to expand support to other popular platforms in the future.
How is Fetchbase different from Kit’s built-in reporting?
Kit shows stats for each broadcast, but Fetchbase organizes that data into structured reports with filters and sort functions — making it easy to spot trends and find exactly what you need.
There’s also no way in Kit to export the broadcast email content alongside performance data.
Kit also lacks built-in tools to identify new vs. returning customers, track subscriber retention, or see what people buy after purchasing a specific offer.
Fetchbase gives you all of that in one place.
What about the new broadcast view and export feature Kit rolled out in August 2025?
Kit’s update is a static table view, not an interactive report.

Can I connect Fetchbase to multiple Kit accounts?
Each Fetchbase account connects to one Kit account. If you manage multiple Kit accounts, you’ll need to purchase a separate Fetchbase seat for each one.
Does Fetchbase include reports for sequence emails as well as broadcast emails?
Fetchbase currently pulls data for broadcast emails only. It doesn’t cover sequence emails yet — but we hope to add this feature in a future update.
Availability & Pricing
Will Fetchbase open to more users after the Founding Member Launch?
The Founding Member Launch is the first public release of Fetchbase, following our private beta. We’re opening early access to just 100 new users, who’ll get lifetime access for a one-time price of $99 USD.
Once we reach 100 customers, we’ll pause new signups so we can focus on supporting our Founding Members and improving the product before reopening with a subscription model. We don’t know yet exactly when that will be — joining now means you’ll get in early, lock in lifetime access, and help shape the future of Fetchbase.
Do you have a refund policy?
All one-time payments for lifetime access to Fetchbase are final and non-refundable.
Since Fetchbase is delivered online and provides instant access to all features and reports, we can’t take it back once you’ve purchased it. If you’re not sure it’s right for your business, use the chatbox in the bottom-right corner of the screen to ask any questions you have. We’re here to help!

Is my data safe?
Yes. We take protecting your data seriously. Fetchbase uses Kit’s official API to securely connect to your account, and all data is encrypted in transit. We never modify the data on your Kit account or share your information with third parties.
